Converts images to data-uri (base64, image2html) and embedds them into html, to make both html pages and html newsletters that are more efficient to download and that do not look unprofessional when (owing to privacy settings on email readers) the associated images are not downloaded by the user. In addition, it helps one into reducing the number of colors of an image in a professional way, so that the image looks ok but the file gets smaller. This version of the app is easier to setup, because it creates shortcuts. The Portable version of the application is portable – it can be run from a pen drive, but it does not create any shortcuts. For Windows XP you must use the portable version of the application; for Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, or 10 you can use either version.
